 Membership Management Committee
Mission
To support the smooth functioning of Transfiguration functions and activities by matching parishioner interests & strengths with church activities and prevent "burn-out" of volunteers "
Description of activities and special events
- Implement and maintain new parish membership management software (Servant Keeper) selected by this committee & vestry
- Customized database for Transfiguration use
- Initiated population with current membership information
- Developed time and talent survey instrument for this ministry fair
- Serve as a church resource by providing reports to Transfiguration committees/activity leaders about members' interests, talents and willingness to volunteer
- Track participation in committees for the purpose of preventing "burn out"
- Work with the membership marketing committee to welcome new members and identify their interests and talents
- Work with the parish care committee to develop a phone tree
- Provide automated reports to the rector, vestry, and administrators on parish activities and membership
